20 down, 20 to go!

Well everyone, here we are in week 20, the halfway mark is here and I've been feeling a lot better. I usually just take 1 Zofran first thing in the morning and I'm good all day long, as long as I don't let my stomach get too empty. I've been getting a lot more flips and flutters going on down there, which is really exciting! Just waiting to feel those actual kicks.

20 weeks 5 days

Still, no one seems to be able to see that I'm pregnant. Even if I tell people they always say "You don't look pregnant". When I told my friend John's sister I was 5 months along she said "No way, you can't even tell you're pregnant at all", to which John responded: "you can tell if you saw her before". (smile)

But I have had to move on into mostly maternity clothes (thanks Ellie), everything was just a little too tight and getting really uncomfortable. Even if I don't look that big I can sure feel it. 

Who knows how big I'll be by the time we get to California is February! Danny is putting in for 2 weeks leave and we can't wait to get out there and see everybody. Maybe by then I'll really be showing and our little boy will be kicking up a storm. My 3rd trimester starts February 10th.

So... what's left to do before the babykins comes? For starters, we have yet to start on the nursery, but the Star Wars theme is going to be fun. Danny is really excited about it. I think we're going with a Navy blue, white, and gray color scheme, with really modern fixtures and accessories. Oh, and there's the small matter of giving the little Politoed a real name. Time is ticking...
